Postcards of Milton Keynes with holes in them, hung in a 3m2 cloud, with the punched drops below.

This piece doesn’t offer a single linear metaphor, but rather resonances of several ideas that resurface regularly in my work: Narratives of place; narratives in general and their relationship to reality; categorization/atomization subverting reality; cognition creating, and limiting our experience of, reality; and ideas from physics about dimensions that are not accessible to us in our current reality.
I know it’s cop-out not to spell this out any more thoroughly but, to be honest, explaining my art always feels like very hard work. I’m just not quite up for it at the moment!
